Wearing clothes dirty and torn
In slum areas, they are born.
Walking barefoot on the ground
Can't afford the slippers we have worn.
Willing to go to school
to get education
for it's a valuable tool
to live a better life!
But they are living in a whirlpool
Searching in bins to sustain their lives!
They are kids with big dreams
but with no means and resources
to fulfil their dreams.
While hunger and malnutrition are the reasons
for their pale and yellow faces;
'Eating a full meal' is one of their dreams.
Neither a shelter nor roof above their head
rather their huts blow away by winds.
Are we so lost in our world
that we ignore the plight of the underprivileged?
Can't we do the bare minimum from our side
to make their future bright?
Then, why do we wait?
Why not bring smiles on their faces,
Light up their world,
Bring an evolution
and make them seen
from where they came
to where they reached
with the little help that we did.
Let's not wait anymore
to make their lives better..
Let's do this because WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
TOGETHER !
